Building a sense of belonging and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. From our Workshop Employment Programme through to our social and community activities, we create an environment where everyone can feel connected and thrive.

Our members have the opportunity to take part in a range of events throughout the year, including our annual Disco, End-of-Year Picnic, Spring BBQ, Christmas Lunch, and off-site outings. On-site, there are also regular optional activities such as music, singing, art, games, and gardening.

Through these shared experiences, we foster a supportive and collaborative community where confidence grows, skills develop, and lasting friendships are formed.
