Transition From School
Our Transition from School Programme supports students as they move from school into a more independent, work-focused environment. We work alongside Specialist Schools and transition providers to create a tailored pathway, giving students the opportunity to gain real-world experience, build confidence, and develop practical skills in a supportive setting.
For those who wish to continue, we offer a structured assessment and trial period to ensure the right fit for both the individual and DCS. This thoughtful approach allows each person to settle in, feel comfortable, and make an informed decision about becoming part of our community.
