Retail Savvy
Our Retail Savvy Training Programme provides people with disabilities the opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience within our op shop while working towards an NZQA qualification in a supportive, real-world environment.
The programme is designed to build confidence, develop practical retail skills, and support readiness for future employment.
NZQA Retail Certificate - Level 3
This on-job training programme helps participants build their retail knowledge, standards, and best practice skills in a practical setting. It is designed to support learners to grow into capable, confident retail workers.
On completion, trainees gain the nationally recognised New Zealand Certificate in Retail – Level 3.
The programme typically takes 5–6 months to complete and is delivered within a supportive environment that encourages growth, independence, and skill development.
