Join Us as a Volunteer

Volunteers play a vital role at DCS, helping us create a welcoming, well-run environment for our members and community.

In our op shop, volunteers support a range of tasks including sorting and cleaning donations, pricing items, maintaining stock, assisting with store displays, rotating stock, keeping the space tidy, and serving customers at the till.

​

We also welcome volunteers who are interested in helping in our garden, including planting, weeding, growing seedlings, and harvesting.

​

Beyond the shop and garden, there are opportunities to contribute in areas such as administration, accounts, marketing, and general business support. We are also open to expressions of interest from people who may wish to join our Board and contribute at a governance level.
