Our staff are certified Auckland Transport Total Mobility assessors, supporting eligible individuals through the assessment process for the Total Mobility Scheme.
The Total Mobility Scheme is a national initiative that helps people who are unable to use public transport independently due to a disability to access transport more easily and safely. It provides subsidised taxi travel to support greater independence, connection, and participation in the community.

Assessment Process
Our experienced team will guide you through the Total Mobility assessment, helping you understand each step of the process. Eligibility is assessed in line with Auckland Transport criteria, ensuring a fair and consistent outcome.

Preparing For Your Assessment
Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:

Photo ID

Medical certificate (if applicable)

Any relevant documentation relating to your condition

Payment of $65 for the assessment fee
Receiving Your Card
Approval can take up to three weeks. Once your application has been approved, your Total Mobility Card will be posted to you by Auckland Transport, allowing you to begin accessing discounted transport.
